At Radyance, our subscription program is designed to make your wellness routine simple, consistent, and worry-free. Please read the policy below to understand how subscriptions, billing, and deliveries work.
Overview
Our subscription service provides a 30-day supply of your selected Radyance products, delivered to you at your chosen frequency (typically every 30 days). Subscribers enjoy 15% savings on every order, early access to new products, and priority support.
How Subscriptions Work
- When you subscribe to any product, you will be automatically billed and shipped according to the delivery schedule you select at checkout.
- You may manage your subscription at any time through your Radyance Account Portal.
Billing
- Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each subscription cycle.
- A reminder email will be sent 3–5 days before each renewal.

If payment fails, we will retry your method automatically and notify you to update your details.
Shipping
- Subscription orders ship automatically once payment is successful.
- All deliveries are fulfilled from Singapore.
- Shipping timelines vary by location; standard delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.
Managing Your Subscription
You can log into your account to:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change your delivery date
- Pause your subscription
- Edit product selections

Update your shipping or billing information
Changes must be made at least 72 hours before your next renewal date.
Pausing or Cancelling
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time with no fees.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle:
- Cancellation must be completed before your upcoming billing date.

Orders that have already renewed cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of supplements, unopened products may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis.
- Subscription orders are not refundable once processed and shipped.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Updating Account Information
Please ensure your email, shipping address, and payment details remain accurate to avoid interruptions. You can update these at any time through your account portal.
