Singapore/Malaysia Shipping
We offer FREE, FAST and RELIABLE shipping on all Singapore & Malaysia orders. Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days once shipped.
International Shipping
We now ship to selected countries! The following flat-rate shipping fees apply:

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Radyance is unable to predict or cover these costs.
Our Shipping Process
Order Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to carefully pack and process your order. We fulfil orders from Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation: As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
Delivery: Our trusted courier partners handle all deliveries. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays, particularly during peak holiday seasons or due to customs processing for international orders.
Common Questions
What if I entered the wrong address? Please contact us immediately at hello@radyance.co. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, we will work with you to find the best solution.
My tracking says "delivered" but I don't have my package. We're sorry to hear that! Please first check your mailbox and with your household members. If your package is still missing, contact us at hello@radyance.co with your order number and we will investigate with our courier partner right away.
Are there any import duties or taxes for international orders? International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are outside of our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
