Terms & Conditions
Not the right fit for you? Don't worry! If you decide to return your purchase, we will happily provide you with a full refund. Please take note of the following terms and conditions:
1. The 30-day feel better guarantee is applicable only to your first individual purchase of an eligible Radyance product.
2. For items that are part of a discounted set or bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
3. The 30-day feel better guarantee is available to customers in Singapore who made their purchase through the Radyance website, radyance.co.
4. To be eligible for the 30-day feel better guarantee, you need to use the product as directed on the label and notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery by completing the contact form.
5. Returns without a Returns Authorisation number provided by our Customer Service team will not be accepted.
6. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment, and you can expect to receive the funds within 3-7 business days.
7. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded under the 30-day feel better guarantee.
